Vink Energyby Vink Intelligence

Pilot

A bounded pilot against your current baseline

A pilot compares Vink-assisted work with the way the task is done today, on an agreed area and time frame, so the value of better intelligence can be judged on evidence.

Process

Five steps from question to decision

  1. 01

    Agree decision, area and baseline

Define the decision, the area and period, and how the work is done today.

  2. 02

    Agree data and access

Confirm which data is used and who supplies it, including any network or customer data.

  3. 03

    Run the Vink-assisted process

Apply the models to the agreed area and period.

  4. 04

    Compare with the baseline

Compare results with the existing process and, where available, with what actually happened.

  5. 05

    Decide

Decide whether to deploy, refine or stop, based on the comparison.

Measures

What a pilot can measure

  • Detection accuracy
  • Estimation error
  • Analyst hours
  • Planning time
  • Constraints identified
  • Field visits or rework avoided

Measures are agreed per pilot. Results are published only when a pilot has been completed and agreed with the client.
